SOLD OUT

A week ago the media told its slaves to buy toilet paper. They obliged in droves, soaking up supplies at an incredible pace. They quickly moved on to paper diapers, feminine hygiene products and everything disposable made of paper. The rolling panic attack transitioned to bottled water, then transitioned to frozen food and fresh produce. Several weeks ahead of the next rush I see old codgers topping off their gasoline and diesel fuel supplies. They lived through numerous blizzards and other disasters teaching them what to have plenty of in their pantries and what supplies to maximize as the next one approaches. Now, in a sign of brightening awareness, Seattle has few handguns left to buy and their prices have […]

A most convenient virus

It appears the Corona beer producers and distributors are no longer suffering from having their namesake in the headlines. COVID-19 is becoming the approved label for this world-disrupting virus and response thereto. By any name, the world is staggering from the effects. Each of us know people whose lives are being disrupted in major ways. Picking up bits and pieces from several sources within the USofA and China has led me to believe DARPA engineered a weaponized super-virus which they allowed China to “steal”, who in turn “lost control” of it, whereupon it quickly spread world-wide. Virologists are reporting numerous unnatural aspects of COVID-19, including its unprecedented ability to live outside a host for nearly a month. Other extraordinary […]

The Health Ranger yanks me off the Coronovirus fence

I have refused to get sucked in to either side of the virus reality debate. Partisans for both sides have long, well-established, thoroughly-warranted reputations for exaggerating, understating and flat-out lying more often than truthing. My guarantee has been that the second- and third-order effects will be dramatic and life-changing for all of us. That is still true, but having read the article and watched two ten-minute videos from Mike Adams has convinced me the very real effects of COVID will itself kill, sicken and weaken huge swaths of the world population. I highly recommend you review his look at the medical and political situation in the article and videos below. He is calm, thoughtful and absent the excesses typical […]

toilet paper

The media focused attention on toilet paper. Their slaves obediently soaked up every last roll coast to coast. It is a NOW WHAT? moment for those who are not ahead of the demand in their household. Invented in the late 1800s, people were pooping and surviving before that… as in FOR-EV-ER before that. Impossible we think. But some and perhaps all of us may have to think again. I will not analyze or itemize here. Chase these links to see some really good ideas that we may have to embrace sooner rather than later. Alternatives to Toilet Paper: What is Reusable Toilet Paper? What are the Alternatives? from Do-It-Yourself-Danielle About Toilet Paper First, the use of paper for toilet […]

2nd order effects kicking in

The media demonizes them as hoarders. Shoppers following in their wakes curse them as preppers. They are, however, neither of those. Preppers know that an event disrupting the intricate just-in-time delivery system of our society is inevitable. Analyzing what is really important for family survival, perhaps comfort, and insuring a reasonable supply is not only a way of life for them, it is subject matter they study and regularly review. Conservative planning centers around being ahead of the rush WHEN it happens, not IF it happens. The current crop of Costco Raiders are rather the great middle of our society. Those who have some ability to spend cash or credit when triggered by the media onslaught. Those a day […]

playing in the mud

Sean called his Darby Adult Ed class “Mud Made Mankind”. He gave us a wonderful introduction to working with clay, glazes, potter’s wheel and much more. We found ways to mold clay that didn’t work. We found ways that did. He was a wonderful teacher, cheerleader and assistant. I entered the class with a specific project in mind. I didn’t care if was the only creation I made, but I was focused on getting this one done. As you can see here, we pulled it off… and I do mean WE … Sean was a big help in many ways. I have a carnivorous pitcher plant that seems to like its home, rewarding me with a fly-free laundry room […]

CDC: conspiracy theorists were correct … just this one time, we promise

They have be crushing the anti-vaxxers with every tool they could conjure up. We, the ignorant Luddites kept pointing to the evidence. They screamed so loud nobody could hear us. Suckers turned OFF the data we tried to share. Surely our doctors and politicians would not lie to us. In fact, so sure they were that donning ear coverings and blindfolds, while screaming obscenities at us was the politically and socially correct response. Now the Center for Disease Control admit to lying about all of it the whole time.   CDC Admits In Federal Court They Have No Evidence “Vaccines Don’t Cause Autism” HAFMarch 10, 2020   This is truly a bombshell story when you understand the full implications […]

Democrats enter home stretch in the race to the bottom

We have two doddering old men whose campaign teams are arguing over which one will take the blame if neither can remain standing for a whole hour during the candidate’s presidential debate. Creepy Joe cannot survive scrutiny regarding blatant immorality and criminal history, yet creeping dodderage is compounding his unsuitability with obvious signs of Dementia for all to see. His minders are now working to prevent him from having to remain standing for one whole hour. Bernie impoverished-socialism-for-you-unfamothable-wealth-for-me Sanders would probably prefer to sit so his old brain can concentrate on talking, but may be able to corner the creepy team into begging for mercy. We could do better with a random lottery selection. The Democrats seem completely disconnected […]

This Is a Test:

How Will the Constitution Fare During a Nationwide Lockdown?   By John W. Whitehead March 10, 2020 “It takes a remarkable force to keep nearly a million people quietly indoors for an entire day, home from work and school, from neighborhood errands and out-of-town travel. It takes a remarkable force to keep businesses closed and cars off the road, to keep playgrounds empty and porches unused across a densely populated place 125 square miles in size. This happened … not because armed officers went door-to-door, or imposed a curfew, or threatened martial law. All around the region, for 13 hours, people locked up their businesses and ‘sheltered in place’ out of a kind of collective will. The force that […]

media pandemic

So far it screams “HYPE” and instigated panic more than fact-based fear. I am open to proof that this Covid-19 will remap the Earth’s human population, but thus far the proof has not appeared. The guarantee I can make is that there will be second and third order effects from what the media and politicians are doing. We do not have enough evidence in yet to know WHY they are doing it. This is an excerpt from a Washington Examiner article that includes a video of the doctor’s speech. Dr. Drew Pinsky slams media for inciting coronavirus ‘panic’ Emma Colton Celebrity physician Dr. Drew Pinsky said the media is stoking the flames of coronavirus “panic” in the United States, […]

Spring full moon

My organic gardening mentor encouraged us to plant on every full moon. Not so much that it favored the plants themselves, but because it organized us to do regular plantings whether that was seeds, bare-root, or transplants. Get something started every full moon and you will always have a good garden. In Montana that assumes you have a greenhouse. We simply have too much winter cold to allow year-round outdoor plantings. What a blessed place I grew up in where we could. Lovely Nature was unfortunately taken over by lazy minds. Today, March 9th is a full moon. That is my trigger to consider planting something. Other signals from nature: The little budgies have returned to our neighborhood. The glaciers […]

We still have Daylight Savings Time???

You would have expected us to be smarter than that, or have our politicians under better control by now. Nope. A Tulsa publisher looks at it: ‘Spring forward’ has lots of haters, so why has daylight saving time been so hard to change? Idaho Liberty looks at it: My post three years ago. daylight savings Sure is a shame about the hour I am losing this weekend. It was the one I intended to spend worshiping our government. While there is even a .gov website describing circadian rhythms, other than the governments of Arizona and Hawaii, the rest of the governments within the USofA seem to be clueless about it. I’ll put it in simple terms even a legislator can […]
