FBI incompetent at incompetence

The FBI “lost” five months worth of messages between two high-level operatives working to destroy the President of the United States, and to prop up the harpie of the ruling elite.

Two things I knew at the outset of this announcement:

1) It was a lie. They did not LOSE anything. They are hiding big things that hurt big people.

2) Electronic messages are real dang hard to successfully lose. With all the high-powered operatives in this world tracking, tracing, recording EVERYTHING that everybody does, these incriminating e-mails are not likely to remain hidden.

It was a transparent lie when Hillary Clinton pulled this stunt, and everyone knew it. For us, it would be an additional charge of destroying evidence to obstruct justice, blah blah. For the ruling class, it’s an understandable misstep. “Mishandling” was the term. “Carelessness” was the cause.

Nor does anyone believe the NSA erased all the Bush-era surveillance by accident , if they were erased at all. In business this would be grounds for dismissal, at NSA it’s grounds for promotion. Bottom line, the pending lawsuits for malfeasance will probably wither for lack of evidence. Coincidence, surely.

But I didn’t want to believe the FBI was part of the “nobody goes to jail” conspiracy. Now it’s not reasonable to believe otherwise. It appears they’ve been caught in a lie . The FBI may be many things, but careless isn’t one of them.

In my mind the FBI has gone from “a few bad apples” to “a few good apples” . As Imperator Gaius Trump would put it: sad.
