news roundup

I just remembered my trick for catching up with news overload. Here is a news roundup you can quickly pick through for full articles that catch your interest.

These things are all going on NOW. They are far more relevant to you than what lamestream media is presenting. Why are they NOT showing this to you? It is certainly not because they lack resources.

If you think these are unrelated, you pay too much attention to Duck Dynasty and Miley Cirus – and THAT is what they want you to do.

The Sugar Program is the culprit.

Long an enemy of mine, the federal sugar program enriches the connected while costing us FAR MORE than just higher sugar prices – We cannot have sugar in many products because of this graft. We get toxic High Fructose Corn Sweetener instead.

In case you haven’t noticed, we buy jams made in Canada and elsewhere if we want sugar in them rather than HFC (aka toxic waste). It is the same with soda pop that I don’t drink, but many do, along with a myriad of products.

What the hell happened to Obamacare?

Why don’t we just get rid of all this folderol and implement “single payer” sooner rather than later?

We are supposed to think this is merely bad government planning? This kind of incompetence is well beyond the norm even for the US federal government. President Obama himself nixed any possibility of extending the deadline, so obviously the timing was more important than performance.

Made In China

This is a long article by Devvy Kidd where she covers a lot of territory relating to the exporting of jobs to China and importing not just poor quality, but some really toxic stuff with no controls or oversight.

It is hard for the buyer to beware when the information is unavailable, or extremely difficult to find.

Common Core assault on privacy

Built into Common Core, Feds Will Vacuum Up Data on Kids

Alongside the highly controversial nationalization of education via the Obama administration-backed “Common Core,” the federal government is bribing and bullying state governments into collecting huge amounts of private data on students for use by the U.S. Department of Education and other bureaucracies. Despite establishment efforts to downplay the links, the outrage surrounding both schemes — removing local control of schooling through dubious national standards and vacuuming up information on America’s children — continues to grow nationwide.

Obama Ousts Top Officers After Nuke
Explodes In Ocean Instead Of Charleston

I have put pieces of this out before, but this article has links and more data on the subject. At the very least, it is so important it deserves another outing.

Apparently, the evil scheme/plot was that Obama was going to order that these nukes be detonated on or near Charleston, SC, as a false flag attack, and then move forward with his agenda: shut down the government and economy, institute martial law, then reboot the government and economy into the “brave new world” dictatorship.

We have a couple of incredibly brave and patriotic Commanders from the US Navy who absolutely refused to follow the orders to detonate the nukes somewhere near Charleston. Instead, according to the report below, the two nukes were detonated at the bottom of the ocean, causing a 4.5 quake. This heroic act of intervention to prevent this terrible tragedy from happening has cost them their jobs. Obama has terminated them from their command.

more marajuana arrests than violent crime

The FBI released a new report today showing that nationwide, police in the U.S. conduct one drug arrest every 20 seconds and one marijuana arrest every 42 seconds. Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, a group of police, prosecutors, judges and other law enforcement officials opposed to the war on drugs, pointed to the figures showing almost 750,000 marijuana arrests and more than 1.5 million total drug arrests in 2012 as evidence that no matter how aggressively we conduct it, this is a war that can never be won.

“These numbers represent a tremendous loss of human potential. Each one of those arrests is the story of someone who may suffer a variety of adverse effects from their interaction with the justice system,” said LEAP executive director Neill Franklin, a cop for 34 years. “Commit a murder or a robbery and the government will still give you a student loan. Get convicted for smoking a joint and you’re likely to lose it. This is supposed to help people get over their drug habit?”
