carbon footprints

Where Does the Carbon Really Come From? Professor Ian Plimer could not have said it better! If you’ve read his book you will agree, this is a good summary. Okay, here’s the bombshell. The volcanic eruption in Iceland, since its first spewing of volcanic ash has, in just FOUR DAYS, NEGATED EVERY SINGLE EFFORT you have made in the past five years to control CO2 emissions on our planet – all of you. Of course you know about this evil carbon dioxide that we are trying to suppress – it’s that vital chemical compound that every plant requires to live and grow and to synthesize into oxygen for us humans and all animal life. I know, it’s very disheartening to […]

trends in the news

Trends Journal on banking This is an excellent news source. He only seems magical. It is really called investigative journalism and honest financial analysis. Mainstream media and government officials COULD do the same thing if they wanted to. Unfortunately, they have other motives, none of which are good for you. Anyway, the 15-minute video below is typical of Gerald Celente’s morning show which he produces M-F and includes with subscriptions to his Trends Journal. It seems a bit pricey at my end of the economic spectrum, but if you actually had some money, it would be a bargain. (Oh, and the ability to watch nice video productions from the Internet. I did, by the way, afford a trial subscription. It […]

another war begins

The ‘Currency War’ is in full swing by Max Keiser (click link to original) Cypriots are having their wealth confiscated to feed the debt monster of Lloyds, RBS, the ECB, IMF, Barclays, JP Morgan, Goldman and the rest of the axis of banksters terrorizing our bank accounts and economies. Eric Holder, America’s supine Attorney General says he’s scared to death to prosecute bank crime. Hank Paulson got away with stealing $750bn. during the TARP charade. Moral Hazard has become the new normal. Stealing is the biggest business in the world right now. Amazingly, I get tweets and emails every day from people saying my metaphors are too strong; too violent. These people have battered wife syndrome. No matter how badly […]

row vs wade

As a long-term libertarian, I have heard some wonderfully articulate, thoughtful, rational, compelling and passionate arguments on both sides of this. I do not know the answer. I do not know which is right. And I’m a thoughtful, caring. loving, considerate man. What does our society do with this question? They turn it over to the politicians. They turn it over to the political process. They entrust the least trusted people in our society to make the proper determination. You have read it elsewhere. The approval rate of our political class is around 17%. Wow! These slimeballs are the ones to make ultimate moral decisions for THE ENTIRE CULTURE. Gosh, I hate to even put the word culture in […]

Obamacare not fait accompli … yet

Below is the executive summary of CATO’s white paper on Obama Care. Click this link for their site. Despite surviving a number of threats, President Obama’s health care law remains harmful, unstable, and unpopular. It also remains vulnerable to repeal, largely because Congress and the Supreme Court have granted each state the power to veto major provisions of the law before they take effect in 2014. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) itself empowers states to block the employer mandate, to exempt many of their low- and middle-income taxpayers from the individual mandate, and to reduce federal deficit spending, simply by not establishing a health insurance “exchange.” Supporters of the law do not care for this feature, yet […]

letter to the senators

I could not put it more clearly and succinctly… heck, I probably couldn’t come close. This letter to the Idaho state senators is a great model. Let them know they are being watched. I’d probably add stuff about knowing what they look like and where they live – and if they participate in creating a shooting war against ME, that I will remember their part in declaring and abetting that war. This attempt in Washington and New York to disarm and subjugate the USA populace is clear in its intent and effect. All will participate in one side or the other. I know my place – whether I want it or not. Today they get to choose theirs. I think […]

page layout

I just changed the page layout here at Idaho Liberty. I tried it at two of my other websites first, and after living with it for a while decided I liked it. Barring complaints from you readers, I will leave it this new way with the newest article covering the whole center section and all the older ones doubled up. Feel free to comment.

the grandmother

The Grandmother that knew about the Cyprus Haircut (by the way, theft of what savings and operating cash little people have by the ruling elite should not be made light of. This non-nod, wink-wink cutsie name the elite media is using obfuscates the rape of the peasants) An elderly resident of Pathos in Cyprus has been doing something odd for the past few weeks. Every Friday she goes to the bank and withdraws all of her money, then returns it on Monday. When asked why she gave the following statement to bank employees: “My grandson is an economist in Russia and he has been telling me, if something happens with the Cypriot banks, it will happened on the weekend. He […]

interesting times

In 1887 Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years prior: “A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse over loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship.” […]

the coming fight

from the trenches world report .com Go there to see the original article with numerous supporting links. My Fellow Americans, Patriots and Fighters, After reading the article on our site, “Will You Fight”?, and the myriad of responses, I thought it may be worthwhile to point out a few considerations on what will become the most important question, and action Americans will be taking in the near future, which is: “Will you fight?” […]

plans for you and yours

Slavery is Freedom — George Orwell “… we understand only the individual’s capacity to make sacrifices for the community, for his fellow men.” — Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) German Nazi Dictator “What we don’t see is that freedom is not a concept in which people can do anything they want, be anything they can be. Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do.” — Rudolph Giuliani (1944- ) New York City Mayor 1994-2001 Obama Issues Illegal Executive Order Written by Henry Kissinger to Prepare for False Flags! at the top

Write your congressman … March to the state house… Fax your senator … Phone the white house… We must replace Obama… Run for office … Not knowing who is in charge leaves you putting your time and energy into fighting off symptoms rather than the disease. Granted, the symptoms can kill you, but knowing your enemy is paramount if you are going to survive, or at least leave a potential legacy of liberty. Misdirection, getting the enemy to chase shadows and shoot at smoke is always a good thing. I really do appreciate that A LOT of people take the above actions and are politically active. That, for instance, is why the firearms ban heading for the house and […]
